First, I ordered a sympathy plant for my colleague on Feb 15, which you delivered promptly on the same day. She said it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for both having stock available so soon after your major holiday and for your immediate attention in filling my order. Second, I received an arrangement of your flowers for Valentine's Day from my boyfriend, and they were amazing (still are, actually). Compared to other arrangements delivered that day around my office, these were far and away the most beautiful and the highest quality. I genuinely thank you for the work that you do! Thank you so-o-o-o-o very much for your prompt and professional attention to my order. I ordered flowers on Sunday from an on-line website that advertised 'same day delivery' (I am in Maine and needed delivery in the Wilmington area). I received a call the following day at 1 p.m. stating that the flowers did not get delivered the previous day because they needed $15 more and asked to charge my credit card accordingly. I said yes and confirmed that the arrangements would be delivered that afternoon by 4 p.m. I got a call at 2 p.m. stating they couldn't get the arrangements delivered until the next day, Tues (2 days later than I ordered and it would be too late for the service). I canceled my order and found Julia's Florist website. I telephoned explaining the pickle I was in (needed arrangements delivered by 4 p.m. that day and it was already 2 p.m.). Your rep took right over and with calm assurance assisted me with selecting new arrangements and guaranteed delivery by 4 p.m. You saved the day! I received a call from my relatives today (Tues) telling me how 'absolutely gorgeous' the arrangements are. Thank you for taking care of a stressful situation. Ginger L

Just wanted to say THANKS! for your excellent service. I , of course, waited until the last minute to send my two favorite little girls a birthday present! I had a horrible experience last year. The florist sent only one of the two gifts that I ordered at the same time. ( How does a seven year old child understand that??) Hello there! My name is Shannon D. I had place a special delivery pink balloon order right before the holidays in hopes to have a surprise "its a girl" announcement for my parents in NC while visiting them from CT. When I called the florist i talked w/ April, while telling her my whole plan from start to finish. I wanted to send a quick note to thank April for everything she did for me, my husband & my family!!! The surprise was perfect!!! I was hoping to stop in the Florist while we were in town and thank her in person but we ran out of time. April was very sweet, personable, professional & more! She understood what I was looking for and nailed it! All the way down to the Christmas gold wrapping paper w/ the red balloon to disguise the pink balloons inside the box.
